I am a Tantric Sex Coach for Couples & a Conscious Dating Coach for Women.

I am trained in (VITA) Love, Sex & Relationship Coaching (650+ hrs) with Layla Martin, which has deepened the container in which I work; through trauma- informed, somatic coaching & transformational tools, using a Tantric approach. Prior to this, I gave therapeutic Tantric bodywork professionally to men, women & couples for 9 years. A deep and powerful healing modality, where I learned a lot about the body, energy body, pleasure, touch and common intimacy issues. Over the last 10 years, I’ve experienced and studied many healing modalities, from shamanic energy medicine to breathwork and womb healing to plant medicine and eco- therapy. I have Vipassana Buddhist meditation to thank for being the catalyst to my spiritual awakening in 2014.

Since discovering Tantra in 2015, it’s radically changed my life. I learned the beauty of slow sex, how to allow energy to coarse through me in orgasmic waves; I released past traumas and experienced what felt pleasurable in my body, so I could be more present in it and bring consciousness and play to every part of my sexuality. Tantra is mind- blowing & I hope everyone has the chance to experience it. I feel passionate about being a guide for couples to enter the world of sacred sexuality.

Dating was a mess for a lot of my adult life. I would attract the same guy in a different body, the one with a big problem. Situation-ship, after situation-ship… I spent years “doing the work”, and still, I was left single and feeling confused. Until I was ready to own my part in it and take responsibility for who I was (subconsciously) choosing to date. I changed how I saw myself, developed my self esteem, learned to love myself, started embodying the woman, I wanted to become and began choosing from a place of empowerment, rather than fear and old imprinting.

And everything changed… I started to orientate towards men who treated me better, I stopped feeling ‘safe’ as “boring” in my nervous system and I committed to choosing myself, always. I’m driven by a love of the feminine; her incredible strength & a deep empathy for her pain in love… I want to tell you, it can change and I’m here to guide you.
