Since discovering Tantra in 2015, it’s radically changed my life. I learned the beauty of slow sex, how to surrender to energy coursing through me in orgasmic waves; I released past traumas and expanded my capacity for pleasure and emotional regulation, so I could be more embodied and loving. My first yoni healing massage, was an experience so profound, I will never forget! Tantra is transformative & I feel a real calling to initiate couples into the world of sacred sexuality.

A year earlier in 2014, I sat my first Vipassana meditation course of 10 days, which was the catalyst for my spiritual awakening. I was drawn to the new age and Buddhist path as an early adult who had grown up feeling very disconnected from my self and others. I carried a lot of emotional pain, and I started seeking ways to heal.

Fast forward some years later, I experienced what would be my last unhealthy relationship pattern playing out and my childhood heartbreak and grief being reactivated again! I found a powerful relationship coach, who empowered me to transform and from that experience, I felt so inspired to help other women change their lives and attract partners who they deserved. I trained to be a love, sex and relationship coach, so I could support women from my own embodied life experience.
