Hi, I’m Lauren Rose. I am a Tantric Sex Coach for Couples & a Conscious Dating Coach for Women.

I am trained in (VITA) Love, Sex & Relationship Coaching (600+ hrs) with Layla Martin, which has deepened the container in which I work; through trauma- informed somatic coaching & transformational tools, using a Tantric approach. Prior to this, I gave Tantra Massage professionally to men, women & couples for 7 years. A deep and powerful healing modality, where I learned a lot about the body, energy, pleasure, touch and common intimacy issues.

I believe we are facing a crisis in intimacy, which stems from living in a society where we are not taught healthy relating skills. Many people are unconsciously seeking unhealthy relationships, driven by their wounded inner child. I love helping single women heal these unmet needs within themselves & connect to self- love and empowerment while dating. This is truly inspired by my own healing of low self- worth and dysfunctional patterns in relationship.

I feel passionate about helping couples to have an epic sex life! My couples Tantric Sex coaching program is designed for those, who wish to get the juice-y-ness back in their relationship. The keys to maintaining desire and aliveness in a long term relationship are; novelty, playfulness, emotional connection, physical intimacy (outside of penetrative sex), appreciation of the other and a mutual want to grow together. My journey started in Spain 2014, with a spiritual awakening from a Vipassana meditation retreat at 25 years old. My life changed forever, as I discovered my path. The last 10 years have been a healing journey of embodiment and deepening awareness. My heart struggled to trust or feel safe to open up, impacting my relationships. After many years of being single and working on myself, I found true love.

As a highly sensitive and neuro-diverse person, I bring a lot of intuition, empathy and understanding to my coaching sessions. From my teaching English as a foreign language days, I bring clear and simple guidance. From my own healing experiences, I wanted to help others to have more aliveness, more joy, sexual liberation AND sacredness in their lives. Ultimately, my coaching work is a reflection of my deep desire to connect people again to their truth & their hearts, bodies, eros and Spirit.
